Dezrika brings a unique blend of skills to GuildHE as Senior Membership and Events Officer (since 2024). With a background in student support across further and higher education, she's experienced in capacity building, enhancing student experience, and fostering inclusive communities. At GuildHE, she leverages these skills to support membership engagement and plan impactful events that facilitate collaboration, discussion, and professional development. Her experience in community engagement and project coordination within the third sector further strengthens her ability to connect with and support GuildHE members.

Beyond her role at GuildHE, Dezrika is a qualified psychotherapist. Originally from the Midlands and South Yorkshire, she's now based in London, where she hosts psychology-informed events and enjoys comedy and music.
