This session will kick off GuildHE's programme of work to support our members in transforming their collaborative efforts and developing ideas for new shared services that GuildHE can broker in the future.

This is the first of many sessions we will be holding for members in light of discussions around sector transformation and efficiency. We'll facilitate an open discussion that covers what may already happen, what the barriers to collaboration are, and what could form the basis of future GuildHE-supported activity. As specialist creative institutions often share things in common, we thought you would be the perfect group to kick off our work.

We are anticipating that the session will be best attended by those who have a broad understanding of the operational needs of your institution (both in terms of professional services and academic delivery).
