The next GuildHE Students’ Unions Network meeting will focus on consumer rights and “students getting what they’re promised”, particularly in relation to university marketing, course expectations, and how we support students to understand and exercise their rights.

This session will provide space to explore:

  • Campaign ideas and practical resources to support students;
  • How institutions and Students’ Unions can promote clarity and transparency;
  • Routes for escalating concerns nationally, including engagement with MPs and the Office for Students (OfS).

This is the second meeting of the 2025-26 academic year, and we encourage colleagues from across our member Students’ Unions to join us for discussion, shared learning and peer support.
