Following our OfS Roundtable on implementing E6 on 31 January, we are hosting a bespoke follow-up session exclusively for GuildHE members and delivered by Mills & Reeve.

Led by Mills & Reeve education sector specialists, this session will focus on the critical aspects of a university’s legal and regulatory obligations in respect of student and staff harassment and sexual misconduct, including in respect of new OfS Condition E6. Mills & Reeve's education sector specialists' will facilitate discussion of key requirements and expectations and the challenges raised for universities in both the student and staff arenas. We will also consider what the Office of the Independent Adjudicator has most recently said it is seeing in this area. Discussion will be on a Chatham House basis and provide colleagues with an opportunity to share concerns and examples of best practice.

This event is exclusively for GuildHE members.
