Jess Jackson

Jess joined GuildHE in February 2026, supporting our events programme and communications strategy. She brings varied experience from higher education, charity and social enterprise, and enjoys bringing people together to exchange knowledge and ideas that drive sector progress.

Prior to GuildHE, Jess handled events marketing, partnerships and logistics at Universities UK, delivering conferences across a wide range of policy areas. She is passionate about ensuring higher education is accessible, inclusive and sustainable. She also led the communications, social media and PR strategy for a national charity campaign fostering community, an international development skill transfer programme, and within the travel sector.

Jess is based in London and enjoys theatre, live music, reading, swimming and spending time in nature.
