Membership of GuildHE is by institution, with the Vice-Chancellor/Principal/CEO usually choosing to act as their institution’s key representative. Prospective members of GuildHE and GHE Research are approved by the Board and sign an agreement which includes the terms of the GuildHE Memorandum and Articles of Association and Code of Conduct.
