Income collection is often treated as a purely operational task - something to be processed and moved past; but it can also be a source of real insight into student behaviours, market trends and where administrative effort is genuinely adding value.

This session, held in partnership with EasyTransfer, GuildHE's Annual Partner, brings together sector perspectives on rethinking income collection as a strategic function rather than a back-office one. We will explore how student payment FAQs cost institutions time and resource, how payment data can inform decision-making and what a more joined up approach looks like in practice, particularly for institutions without a large finance or IT teams. 

This is a discussion-led session, drawing as much on participants' own experiences as on sector insight.
