GuildHE Clerks to the Board Network

We empower clerks of governing bodies to drive improvements in board effectiveness. 

We are delighted to be joined by colleagues from Advance HE, including David Bass and Daniel Tinkler, who will update us on Advance HE's work in the governance space.

This meeting will also include a GuildHE policy update, reflections on the newly published CUC Higher Education Code of Governance, and an opportunity to discuss what members would like to see from the CUC as the sector begins to engage with the new Code.

As always, there will be time for members' updates and the sharing of recent developments, challenges, and good practice from across institutions.
