We'll be bringing together human resources professionals from across our diverse member institutions to discuss the latest developments and share practice.
These network meetings are a fantastic opportunity to:
- Connect with network members and guests over conversations on emerging challenges and opportunities across the sector.
- Learn from expert speakers on key, timely topics.
- Hear from GuildHE about what the latest policy and strategic developments mean for you and for the sector - and have your say!

About the GuildHE Human Resources Network
The GuildHE Human Resources (HR) Network provides a collaborative space for HR professionals across GuildHE member institutions to connect, share practice, and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities within the higher education workforce landscape.
This network supports colleagues working across areas such as employee relations, staff wellbeing, organisational development, recruitment and retention, equality, diversity and inclusion, and sector regulation.
Through regular meetings and peer discussion, members are able to exchange practical approaches, reflect on strategic developments, and build connections with colleagues across a range of institutions with similar interests and concerns.
It incorporates regular updates from UCEA, ECC, legal professionals and other sector bodies as necessary.
