The Association of Heads of University Administration (AHUA) and SUMS Consulting have developed an open-source Organisational Efficiency Maturity Assessment (OEMA) tool, designed to help institutions reflect on and improve how they plan, manage resources, and deliver their core activities. The tool is based on a framework covering key areas such as leadership culture, and operational processes, and provides practical outputs including data insights and action planning templates.
Currently in its beta phase, the OEMA tool is being tested with early adopters, with the aim of generating cross-sector insights and benchmarking opportunities over time.
