Dana supports the GuildHE Research team by lending knowledge and engagement from her innovation, place and social and community engagement policy portfolio. Joining GuildHE in 2022, she leads policy areas including Skills, public sector workforce policy (including health, social care and teacher training) and international affairs.

Her experience ranges from policy advisor at Universities UK (where she focused on research culture, integrity and practice) to knowledge exchange continuous improvement and strategy at the University of the Arts, London.

Originally from Nottingham, Dana trained as a professional dancer and is now based in London.
