We are delighted to announce that GuildHE Research's annual Doctoral Festival will be hosted by Northeastern University London.

This event is an excellent opportunity for your doctoral students and early-stage researchers to engage, collaborate, broaden their horizons, develop skills, and gain valuable insights from researchers, experts and sector organisations. The first day of the festival will feature workshops and talks to support participants to forge their own path in the research, while the second day will develop their understanding and skills in impact and engagement. Participants will also have the fantastic opportunity to share their own research, building their confidence in an inclusive and supportive environment that celebrates the diverse and fantastic research of our member institutions' doctoral students.

Key registration information:

  • Registration opens: week commencing 19 January.
  • Funded places: each institution has the opportunity to send up to two doctoral students or early-stage researchers included within their membership benefits. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Additional places: available for a £300 fee, allocated from a waiting list.
