The top 20 results for Student Satisfaction feature six of our members: Bishop Grosseteste University, Plymouth Marjon University, Wrexham University, Arts University Plymouth, Birmingham Newman University and St Mary’s University, Twickenham. We know our members place a very high importance on delivering an excellent student experience and satisfaction for their students, and it's fantastic to see this recognised.
More superb news: Arts University Plymouth – who entered the main Complete University Guide national league table for the first time this year – ranked 2nd for Student:Staff Ratio, and the University of Suffolk ranked 16th!
Arts University Bournemouth has shot up 32 places from last year to 61st and Norwich University of the Arts has risen 25 places from last year to 57th. Plymouth Marjon University has risen 15 places, Bath Spa University 12 places, and both Buckinghamshire New University and Leeds Arts University have risen 9 places.
It was impressive to see so many members feature in the top 10 universities in regional rankings: Arts University Bournemouth, Arts University Plymouth, Bath Spa University, Bishop Grosseteste University, Falmouth University, Harper Adams University, Leeds Arts University, Norwich University of the Arts, Plymouth Marjon University, St Mary’s University, Twickenham, University of Suffolk, University of Worcester and Wrexham University. Plus, GuildHE Creative member University of the Arts London ranked 5th in London.
The Performing Arts table was dominated by GuildHE members: The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art), The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Leeds Conservatoire, Rose Bruford College, BIMM University and ICMP - The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.
And in some top 10 subject area highlights: Arts University Bournemouth jumped 13 places to rank 2nd for Travel and Tourism; Harper Adams University was ranked 5th for Agriculture and Forestry; Plymouth Marjon University was ranked 6th and Health Sciences University 10th for Complementary Medicine; Harper Adams University was ranked 5th and Royal Agricultural University 9th for Land and Property Management; University of Worcester was ranked 10th in Health Studies. Plus the University of Worcester jumped 34 places to rank 16th for Social Work and jumped 11 places to rank 11th for Forensic Science.
